Spain’s leading chef Eneko Atxa in Covent Garden
When people talk about Spain they often think of sun, beaches and holidays.
But Spain is also rich in gastronomic culture, which luckily has spread all over the world and especially in London.
So let’s tell you about Eneko at One Aldwych.
Eneko Atxa is a leading Basque chef whose restaurant Azurmendi is famous in the Basque country. (The restaurant, which is based on haute cuisine, has three Michelin stars and is listed among the finest in the world.)
Eneko was honored with the National Gastronomy Award in 2015 and the following year he opened Eneko at One Aldwych, located within the Aldwych Hotel at Covent Garden. The restaurant offers a modern version of Basque cuisine with high quality ingredients and a wide range of Spanish wines.
There are options for all types with set menus for those who go to the theatre and want to dine before or after the show; tasting menus, special menus for brunch on weekends and of course an à la carte menu.
We believe this is a must visit for food lovers looking for an extra special experience.
